1/4 lb cream cheese
1/3 lb butter
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
3 green peppers, shredded
3 pimentoes, shredded
1 loaf white bread
1 - Remove all the crusts from one loaf of white bread.
2 - Cut in 1/2" slices lengthwise of the loaf.
3 - Cream the cheese, butter, and mayonnaise together.
4 - Add salt and paprika; spread generously on each slice of bread.
5 - Arrange alternate strips of green pepper and pimento cross-wise of the slice.
6 - Roll up like a jelly roll and wrap in waxed paper, then a damp towel.
7 - Place on the upper shelf of the refrigerator about 30 minutes to harden the filling.
8 - When ready to serve, slice each roll in 5 sections.
