Noodles with Mushrooms
1/2 lb noodles
1/2 lb mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp minced parsley
1 - Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until tender; then drain.
2 - In the meantime wash and slice the mushrooms, caps and stems, but do not peel.
3 - Add the salt and pepper; and fry slowly in the butter until tender; about 10 minutes.
4 - Combine with the noodles; reheat, and serve garnished with chopped parsley.
