4 slices bacon
1/2 cp tiny bread crumbs
1/3 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cp milk
1 - Cut the bacon in squares
2 - Fry with the cubes of bread until the bacon is crisp and the bread is brown.
3 - Drain off the excess bacon fat.
4 - Beat the eggs light with the seasonings.
5 - Add the milk and stir into the bacon mixture.
6 - Cook slowly over a moderate heat, scraping up the egg as it coagulates.
7 - Serve very hot.
