1 cp chopped, peeled raw tomatoes
1 tsp grated onion
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 - Put the tomato, seasonings and butter in a frying pan and coook gently 10 minutes.
2 - Beat the eggs; stir them in and cook over low heat, scraping up the mixture as fast
as it coagulates.
