1/2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
3 cps hot milk
1 - Beat the eggs light; add the butter, seasonings and milk.
2 - Pour into buttered custard cups; set in a pan of hot water.
3 - Bake until firm in the center of a moderate oven, 350 degrees about 35 minutes.
4 - Unmould on the toast and serve with tomato sauce.
