Eggs au Gratin
4 halved hard boiled eggs
2 cps white sauce
1/2 cp grated dairy cheese
1/4 cp dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
1 - Arrange the eggs in an oiled baking dish or casserole.
2 - Combine the white sauce and cheese; and pour over the eggs.
3 - Stir the crumbs into the melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
4 - Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until brown.
