1/2 cp sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
1 cp milk
1/2 cp chopped cooked spaghetti
1 tbsp minced parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 - Fry the mushrooms about 3 minutes in the butter.
2 - Beat the eggs, light; and add the remaining ingredients
including the mushrooms.
3 - Cook over boiling water until the mixture thickens, stirring cautiously
once or twiec about the edges.
4 - Serve plain or on buttered toast.
