1 lb ground raw meat
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp onion, minced
2 tbsp milk
1 - Chopped raw beef, veal, lamb, or pork may be used for this dish.
2 - Combine the ingredients in the order given.
3 - Form into thin, flat cakes. Place on a broiler rubbed lightly with fat.
4 - Broil about 4" below the flame for 10 minutes, turning once.
5 - Make gravy from the drippings in the pan.
