4 good-sized pork chops
1 - Heat a frying pan and put the pork chops in it.
2 - Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds.
3 - As soon as the pork chops are brown turn them.
4 - When the second side is brown pour in just enough water to cover the chops
and cook until the water has boiled aqway.
5 - Then add another half cup of water in which a teaspoon of water has been blended.
6 - Cook slowly until the chops are tender, about 20 minutes.
7 - Serve with mashed potatoes
