Pork Chops in Milk
4 good-sized pork chops
1 pt. milk
1 - Dus the chops with salt and pepper and roll in the flour.
2 - Place in a baking pan; add a little sage; and pour in the milk.
3 - If not enough nearly to cover, add a little hot water.
4 - Bake in a moderately hot oven, 350 - 375 degrees F. until tender, about 30 minutes.
5 - Thinly sliced raw potato may be placed around and between the chops before baking,
in shich case bake for 40 minutes.
