3 green peppers
2 medium sized onions, mincedc
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 pt hot water
2 bouillon cubes
3 cps diced cold pork
1 - Core and mince the peppers and scald in boiling water.
2 - Drain and add onions, pan-fried 3 minutes in the butter.
3 - Add the flour and cook until slightly browned.
4 - Dissolve the 2 bouillon cubes in the hot water and stir into the pepper mixture.
5 - Add diced cold roast pork and simmer 10 minutes.
6 - Serve on boiled rice.
