1 lb neck or breast of veaql
1 veal kidney
1 onion, minced
1 tbsp minced parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
bit of bay leaf
2 tbsp butter
1 cp boiling water
1 - ut the veal in small cubes; dust with the salt and pepper and roll in the flour and seasonings.
2 - Arrange the meats in layers in the baking dish and sprinkle with the seasonings and onion.
3 - Pour in the boiling water. If necessary add more to half cover.
4 - DEot with butter, cover with the biscuit crust rolled to 1/2" thick.
5 - Slash to allow the steam to escape; bake for 2 hrs in a slow oven, 325 - 350 degrees F.
