1 1/2 lbs. raw breast of lamb
1 cp soft bread crumbs
1/2 cp milk
1/2 tsp minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
few grains nutmeg
1 tsp onion juice
1 - Combine the ingredients in the order given.
2 - Pack into an oiled, medium sized bread pan.
3 - Bake in a moderately hot oven for 45 minutes.
4 - Unmould and make a gravy from the drippings in the pan
