3 cps diced cold cooked lamb
1 cp left-over gravy
1 tbsp meat sauce
2 cps mashed potatoes
2 tbsp butter or savory drippings
1 - Combine the lamb, gravy and meat sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
2 - If desired, 2 tbsp of minced onion may be added.
3 - Transfer to 1 large or 4 individual oiled casseroles.
4 - Cover the tops with mashed potatoes.
5 - Roughen the surface with a fork and dot with butter.
6 - Bake in a quick oven until brown on top.
