Broiled Liveer and Tomatoes
1 lb liver, sliced thin
fine dry crumbs
1 lb tomatoes
1 - Dust the liver with salt, pepper, and crumbs and lay in an oiled broiler.
2 - Cover with tomatoes, sliced thin.
3 - Dot with butter and dust with salt, pepper, and a trace of sugar.
4 - Broil about 15 minutes, taking care the tomatoes don't burn.
