Baked Fish Fillets in Milk
1 lb fish fillets (any kind)
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 cp waqter
3/4 cp evaporated milk
1 - Wash and dry the fillets. Transfer to an oiled baking pan and fireproof platter;
and dust with the flour, salt, and pepper.
2 - Pour over the evaporated milk and water combined; and bake in a hot oven, 375 degrees F.
for 25 minutes or until the fish is tender.
