3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
a few grains paprika
1 1/2 cps milk
1/2 cp shredded cleaned fresh cooked or canned shrimps
2 tbsp capers
1 - Melt the butter; add the flour, salt, and paprika; and mix to a smooth paste.
2 - Gradually add the milk, and cook andd stir until the mix thickens.
3 - Add the shrimp and capers; heat to the boiling point; and serve.
