Stuffed Fish Steaks Hollandaise
1 1/2 lbs any fish steak sliced 1/2" thick
tomato bread dressing
1 - The steak should be ordered so that it will be 2 slices of even size which can be placed
on top of each other.
2 - Place one slice in an oiled baking pan; spread with tomato dressing and cover with the
second layer of fish.
3 - Dust with salt, pepper, parsley, and dot with butter.
4 - Place in a hot oven, 425 degrees F. and when beginning to turn color, add a little water
to the pan and reduce the heat.
5 - Bake until tender, about 40 minutes. Serve with Hollandaise sauce.
