2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp meat sauce
1 cp milk
1 can crabmeat (1/2 lb)
2 tbsp buttered bread crumbs
2 tbsp grated cheese
1 - Melt the butter, add the flour, salt, pepper, mustard, and meat sauce and mix to a smooth paste.
2 - Gradually add the milk, and cook and stir until the mixture thickens.
3 - Flake the crabmeat, removing any bones; combine the crabmeat with the sauce and add the egg, well beaten.
4 - Transfer to oiled ramekins, or fireproof saucers, and sprinkle the tops with the buttered crumbs and grated cheese.
5 - Bake in a hot oven, 10 ro 15 minutes until browned.
