Corn and Minced Ham Fritters
1 1/2 cps flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cp milk
1 cp canned corn
1/2 cp minced cooked ham
Vegetable fat for frying
1 - Sift the dry ingredients; add the egg combined with the mikl, corn, and ham.
2 - Beat until the batter is free from lumps.
3 - Melt and heat enough fat to cover the bottom of a large, heavy frying pan.
4 - Drop in the mixture by rablespoonfuls forming fat fritters.
5 - Fry until brown on one side, then turn and brown the other.
