Ham and Noodles, baked
2 cps minced cooked ham
1/2 lb broad noodles
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cps milk
1/2 cp fine dry crumbs
1 - Boil the noodles until tender in ssalted water, and drain.
2 - Butter a baking dish; put a layer of noodles on the bottom.
3 - Cover with a layer of the ham and dot with butter.
4 - Repeat with a layer of noodles, continuing until all is used.
5 - Beat the eggs, add the milk and pour over the ham and noodles.
6 - Mix the crumbs with a tbsp of melted butter; spread over the top and bake
until brown in a moderate oven, 350 degrees F.
