2 cps flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp butter
3/4 cp water
1 - Sift together the dry ingredients; and work in 2 tbsp butter with the back of a spoon.
2 - When flaky, add water; then roll on a slightly floured board to 1/2" thickness.
3 - Spread with 2 tbsp of butter, slightly creamed, to within an inch of the edge.
4 - Fold over, press; roll again. Spread with the remaining butter; fold over; and
roll to 1/8" thicknessthen use as directed.
