3 cps coarsley flaked cooked chicken
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp minced parsley
1/2 cp minced celery
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 - Remove the skin from the chicken. Flake the meat coarse.
2 - Melt the butter; add the celery; simmer 5 minutes.
3 - Stir in the parsley; add the chicken.
4 - Heat gently; add the eggs; and serve with paprika.
