Little Chicken Pies
1 1/2 cps minced canned chicken
3/4 cp thick white sauce
1 - Line small oiled muffin pans with the pastry; and fill 3/4 full with chicken combined with white sauce.
2 - Cover the tops with small rounds of pastry cut to fit; pinche the edges together and prick the tops
to allow steam to escape.
3 - Bake in a hot oven, 400 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
4 - Remove from the pans and serve hot.
