Corned Beef Hash Timbales
3/4 cp dry stale bread crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter or savory fat
1 tsp minced onion
2 tbsp finely minced green pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 large can corned beef hash
1 - Mix the crumbs with the melted butter.
2 - Add the onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
3 - Rub large-size muffin pans with savory fat, sprinkle the bottom and sides of thickly with crumbs
4 - Fill the pans with corned beef hash; brush the tops with melted butter.
5 - Bake in a hot oven until brown.
6 - Remove from the pans and serve with or without tomato sauce.
