Minced Left-over Beef, Spanish Style
3 cps chopped cooked beef
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 medium-sized onions, chopped
1 green pepper, shredded
2 tbsp melted drippings
1 pt canned tomato
1 dozen sliced stuffed olives
1 - Stir flour, salt, pepper and sugar into the beef.
2 - Fry the onions and pepper in the drippings.
3 - Add the meat and tomato and simmer 15 minutes.
4 - Stir in the olives and cook 5 minutes more.
