Baked Bean Pie
2 tbsp butter
1/2 a green pepper, minced
1 small onion, minced
1 large can baked beans
1 - Melt the butter; add the green pepper and onion; and pan fry about 3 minutes.
2 - Add the beans and transfer to shallow muffin pans lined with pie crust.
3 - Cover each with a round of pastry; slash a hole to allow steam to escape.
4 - Bake in a hot oven, 400 degrees F. about 20 minutes.
5 - Serve plain or with chili sauce.
