1 cp canned corn
1 1/4 cps flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 - Combine the corn, flour, baking powder, salt and the egg, well beaten.
2 - Drop by generous teaspoonfuls onto a well oiled grill and fry slowly until brown on one side.
3 - Then turn to brown the other side, allowing about 5 minutes.
4 - Serve plain as a vegetable or with aq garnish of bacon or frizzled ham.
