3 medium-sized cucumbers
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 cp thick sour cream
1 - Peel and slice tghe cucumbers.
2 - Cook tender in just enough boiling water to keep them from sticking,
containing 1/4 tsp of each of sugar and salt.
3 - Drain; pour the cream over; and heat over hot water.
4 - Serve dusted with salt and pepper
