3 cps fluffy mashed potato
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cps soup stock
1 tsp onion juice
3 cps diced peeled mushrooms
1 - Butter a baking dish; and line with 2 cps of potato'
2 - Melt the butter. Stir in the flour, and seasonings and stock
and stir and cook until the sauce boils.
3 - Add the mushrooms and cook 5 minutes
4 - Pour into the dish; cover with the remaining potato; dot with butter.
5 - Bake half an hour in a hot oven, 350 to 375 degrees F.
