Creamed New Potatoes
8 medium-sized new potatoes
4 hard-cooked eggs
1 pt white sauce
1/2 tbsp minced parsley
1 - Scrape and wash the potatoes; add the salt and the sugar; half cover with boiling waqter.
2 - Boil until tender, about 35 minutes; then drain, shake over the heat for a moment to dry out the moisture.
3 - Add the white sauce; reheat; and serve with a garnish of paprika.
