Peanut Butter Stuffed Potatoes
4 Idaho potatoes
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 cp hot milk
1 - Scrub and dry the potatoes; and rub all over with fat.
2 - Bake in a hot oven, 450 degrees F. about 50 minutes.
3 - Cut a cover in the top of each; scoop out the centers; and mash.
4 - Mix the potato with the peanut butter, plain butter, salt, pepper and milk.
5 - Refill the potato shells and brown in a hot oven, allowing about 10 minutes.
