2 1/2 cps grated raw potato pulp
3 tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
3/4 tsp salt
1 - Wash, peel, and grate enough potatoes to make the amount designated.
2 - Add the egg yolks, beaten light, the crumbs and salt;
3 - Then fold in the egg whites, beaten stiff.
4 - Drop by spoonfuls on a well oiled griddles and fry slowly until browned
fitst on one side and then then other.
