Boiled Oil Dressing
2 tbsp saqlad oil
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cp salad oil (additional)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp mustard
1 - Blend the 2 tbsp oil, the flour, and lemon juice in a measuring cup.
2 - Fill the cup with boiling water; transfer to a double boiler.
3 - Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
4 - Pour into the egg yolk, beating constantly; and cool.
5 - Gradually beat in the oil and seasonings; and lastly thin the mixture
with the egg white, whipped stiff
