Roquefort Cream Dressing
1/4 cp Roquefort cheese
4 tbsp French dressing
1 cp sweet or slightly sour heavy cream
1 - Mash the cheese with a fork; and beat in the dressing.
2 - Whip the cream; and when almost firm, beat in the Roquefort mixture.
3 - Season as needed with sal, pepper, and paprika.
4 - Use with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, or cabbage salad.
