Sardine Salad Appetizer
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/3 cp French dressing
4 good-sized sardines
1 lemon, quartered
1 - Wash, dry and slice the lettuce 1/4" thick.
2 - Place a small slice on a salad plate.
3 - Pour over the French dressing; top with the sardines
4 - Surmount by an olive and garnish with lemon quarter dusted with paprika.
