Stuffed Tomato Appetizer
4 small tomatoes
1 cp shredded crabjmeat
3 tbsp Russian dressing
1/4 cp French Dressing
1 - Scald the tomatoes with boiling water; plunge at once into cold water; and remove the skins.
2 - With a teaspoon hollow out the tomatoes to make cups. Dust with salt and pepper.
3 - Fill with a mixture of the crabmeat blended with the Russian dressing.
4 - Chill. For serving, turn upsice-cown on small plates; surround with watercress.
and pour over the French Dressing.
