Stuffed Pimento Appetizer
1 pkg cream cheese
2 tbsp top-cream
1/3 tsp paprika
few grains salt
1/4 cp chopped salted nuts, any kind
1 - Cut the pimentos so they will lay flat; and drain them well.
2 - Mix the cream cheese with the top-cream, salt and paprika; and divide in four parts.
3 - Shape these separrately into rolls about 2" long; roll them up, cornucopia style, in the pimentos.
4 - Chill, and place fold side down on the salad plates.
5 - Garnish with lettuce. Pour over the French dressing and sprinkle the pimento thickly with the chopped nut meats
