Bran Health Salad
4 tbsp minced green pepper
1 cp finely shredded white cabbage
1/3 cp minced radishes
1/2 cp cottage cheese
2 tbsl bran flakes
4 tbsp French dressing
1 - Arrange the lettuce on 4 salad plates. On each put a small mound of the pepper, cabbage, and radishes.
2 - Make 8 small balls of the cottage cheese and roll them in the bran flakes.
3 - Garnish each salad with 2 balls; and pour the French dressing over.
