Vegetable Salad Relish
1 1/2 cps finely shredded cabbage
1/2 cp diced celery
1/2 green pepper, minced
1 tbsp minced onion
2 pimentos, minced
1/2 cp French dressing
salt and pepper
1 - Place the cabbage and celery in cold water until crisp.
2 - Drain and dry; and combine with the green pepper, onion, and pimento
3 - Moisten with the French dressing and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4 - Arrange in mounds on small lettuce leaves.
5 - Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
