Asparagus Bouquet Salad
4 small rings cut from green peppers
(8) 3" strips of cucumber
(8) 3" strips of tender celery
(8) aspafagus tips
2 1/2 cps shredded lettuce
paprika French dressing
1 - Wash the peppers; and cut crosswise to form four small rings.
2 - Allow two strips each of cucumber, celery, and 2 asparagus tips for each person.
3 - Place in the rings; and stand upright in lettuce nests arranged individually.
4 - Pour paprika French dressing over.
