Tomato Salad a la Ritz
4 medium-sized tomatoes
1 tbsp minced chives
1 tbsp minced parsley
1 chopped hard-cooked egg
1/2 cp French dressing
1 - Plunge the tomatoes into boiling water; then immediately into cold water.
2 - Remove the skins; cut into sixteenths inn the form of small chunks.
3 - Add the remainder of the ingredients; chill and serve with a garnish of parsley sprigs.
