Vegetable Hash Salad Loaf
2 cps diced cold cooked potatoes
1 cp diced cold cooked carrots
1 cp cooked, chopped string beans
1/2 cp diced celery
1 small onion, minced
1/4 cp French dressing
1/4 cp mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
1 - Combine the vegetables in the order given; mix with the French dressing.
2 - Stir in the mayonnaise; and season with the salt and paprika.
3 - Pack into a bread pan rubbed with French dressing; and chill.
4 - Unmould on a large platter; garnish with mayonnaise; and surround with the
shredded lettuce tossed with French dressing.
