Tuna Fish and Vegetable Roll Salad
1 (1/2lb) can tuna fish
3/4 cp finely chopped celery
1/2 cp left-over cooked vegetables - as beans, peas, carrots
1/4 cp French dressing
1/3 cp mayonnaise
4 long soft rolls
1 - Flake the tuna fish; and combine with celery and left-over cooked vegetables.
2 - Marinate with the French dressing; moisten with the mayonnaise, and season
to taste with salt and pepper.br> 3 - Spl;it; and butter the rolls; and fill with the tuna fish mixture.
4 - Arrange in individual nests of lettuce.
5 - Garnish with additional mayonnaise and stuffed olives.
