2 large cans shrimps
1 cp diced celery
2 hard-cooked eggs
1 small bottle stuffed olives
1 - Clean and dice the shrimps.
2 - Combine with the diced celery, coarsely chopped eggs, and stuffed olives which have been sliced.
3 - Marinate with a little French dressing; and add a little mayonnaise to blend.
4 - Arrange in a shallow salad bowl or on a platter lined with lettuce leaves.
5 - Garnish with mayonnaise and sprigs of parsley.
