Cheese Timbale Salad Plate
2 cps American cheese put through food chopper
1 cp celery put through food chopper
1/3 tsp paprika
1 - Combine the cheese, celery and paprika with mayonnaise to moisten.
2 - Pack into small timbale moulds rubbed lightly with salad oil.
3 - Chill; unmould and serve surrounded by the shredded lettuce.
4 - Pour the French dressing over.
