Sardine and Potato Salad Plate
2 cps potato salad
12 small sardines
2 stuffed hard-cooked eggs
8 crisp young onions
1 - Arrange individually as follows:
2 - Press/2 cp chilled potao salad in a cup; and unmould on each plate.
3 - Garnish with mayonnaise; and dust with paprika.
4 - In a small nest of lettuce arrange 3 sardines, drained and dipped in French dressing.
5 - Place next to this half of the stuffed hard-cooked eggs;
6 - and garnish each serving with 2 young onions.
