Jellied Vegetable Salad
3/4 cp finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cp minced celery
1 pimento, minced
2 tbsp grated carrot
3 chopped radishes
shippe cream mayonnaise
1 - Make a tomato aspic or jelly according to the directions given.
2 - Set in a cold place to congeal; When the consistency of an egg white,
add the prepared vegetables, then chill until firm.
3 - Unmould; and garnish wht the lettuce and mayonnaise.
