Banana Croquette Salad
3 good-sized bananas
3 tbsp minced rasins
2 tbsp minced salted peanuts
Romaine or lettuce
1 - Peel the bananas; cut off the ends; and cut them in halves, crosswise.
2 - Moisten with the dressing and chill a few minutes.
3 - Then roll in the raisins and nuts, mixed and serve on Romaine or lettuce
with a garnish of mayonnaise.
