Cheddar Cheese Salad
1/2 lb minced cheddar cheese
1/2 lb pkg cream cheese
1 egg, well beaqten
1 tbsp mayonnaise or boiled mustard dressing
1/2 tsp salt
cayenne to taste
1 - Combine the 2 cheeses, egg and seasonings; and pack into very small timbale moulds.
2 - Chill; unmould in nests of lettuce; and serve with French dressing and sliced olives;
or use as a garnish to any green or vegetable salad.
